About Risk Tech
Risk Tech, LLC is a multi–disciplinary, full service environmental health services company. The principals and associates have been leaders in the health and environmental industry since 1984.
Specific areas of specialty include indoor air quality, infection control, industrial hygiene, mold remediation, safety, risk management, and infection control construction support services. The company builds on a combined 25 year history of two predecessor firms and over 100 combined years of experience by the principals in these areas. Services have been provided to hospitals, construction companies, architects, manufacturing, industrial, utilities, hotels, schools, the insurance industry, and the government.
Most recently, Risk Tech successfully completed Project Management services and oversight of reconstruction of 42 hospitals, medical office buildings, or hospital support buildings in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma. Services included Pre-Construction Risk Assessments; Infection Control Construction, Life Safety, and Biohazard Training; post construction air quality testing; and Insurance Liaison Services including Assessment, Claim Preparation and Settlement Negotiation, and Owner’s Representative Services.
