Hospital/Institution Project Management
We offer a variety of project management services to the commercial building sector, with a concentration in healthcare disaster reconstruction. Our project management team is comprised of trained scientists familiar with construction management and necessary infection control and risk management procedures required for high risk hospital renovations (see sidebar).
We have widely diverse skillsets in the fields of mechanical systems, interim life safety programs, industrial hygiene, infection control, opportunistically pathogenic organisms, environmental evaluations and ISO criteria analysis.
In the past, we have managed re-construction of dozens of hospitals, medical office buildings, and outpatient surgery and radiology centers in hurricane damaged areas of Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Project management services include:
